We had some major rain yesterday into the early morning hours. Imagine my shock when I got to the temporary run to feed and sit with the girls and saw the plastic fencing and tarp only about 4' from the ground. lol Thankfully, with the help of 2 of the kids, we were able to get the water off. Talk about heavy! I bet there was a good 300 lbs or more of water on there.
As much fun as it is to sit with them, watching them play and coming up to greet me, I have a busy weekend ahead. I hope they won't be too disappointed when I don't see them much until Monday. I don't think it's me they'll miss so much as their mealworms, though. haha
